  Firmly Rooted in Christ So I saw this piece I wrote some years ago, added some modifications and here it is: Our world is full of so much crisis and trouble. Existence is a rare gift. Numerous people die daily in agonies of sin. And yet there's a way through; living in this world comes with challenges and problems, but this can be your life changing encounter(if you wish) Different wind of heresies and prophecies like the "once saved, forever saved" doctrine tend to drive men away from the true love of Christ. There is a huge lacuna between the Correct believer and the backslider.... A sin scrapes off all of a man's former righteousness. You cannot spare a murderer because he never showed violence before, the same way you cannot use a dirty dish because it was clean the day before. LEARNING I've always heard, Of an endless experience, It takes place anywhere, Anytime before you're dead! . By and by, we become wiser, Gaining from every bit of our lifetime, Though some of those bits we dislike, Yet for our excesses they cater! . Oh why! It's so great to be a learner, Oh yes! It does great good to our whole lives, Times when we disregard it come though, Still it makes us better beings! .  GENDER DISCRIMINATION There is a place, Where everyone, all people, Are humans –except a group; These people are seen, as inferior and the other group, as the opposite; The ‘superior’ group members, all share the belief, all share the assertion, that the ‘inferiors’ are ‘Lilliputians’, physically and emotionally substandard; When in fact, all are equal, According to the Creator’s design, The unfairly treated, Are only a bit delicate; Not even all of the so called ‘superiors’ are strong-minded; Despicability isn’t the attribute, Of a gender; It’s rather the mark of a feeble individual, who’s chosen it; Irrespective of gender, All should be fairly treated, In education, finance and politics, both genders are eligible; One thing’s for sure, Discrimination cannot result in A better society… .
