The darkness is deep here,
Eerie noises deafening,
Pungent smells choking,
The whole place suffocating,
But there's some light I'm seeing,
To reach the source I'm trying,
My whole body I'm stretching,
But
It's just out of reach, I'm finding.
But
If what I see is real and true,
Then in there are some people.
Are they in oblivion there,
To my existence here,
Or just don't wanna help out?
But
If they once were here too,
Then they should want to,
But
Whatever the reason has been,
I still dare to harbor hope,
Not giving up yet, no!
